About the event
Success (or just feeling like you are coping) is based on a range of factors. In this session, we will focus on 2 tools that might be helpful to you. Firstly, we will look at a model that describes common stress triggers. You will spend a little time identifying your own triggers. Secondly, we will practice a simple approach to continuously improving, solving challenges, making decisions. That is quick, fun and helpful.
It would be great if you could come to the session with something to solve, decide or get better at. Take a look at the statements below. Come with 1 or 2 of them completed. Your completed statement(s) should last for no more than 20 seconds!
